The Consigliere's Decree: Terms of the Family
I. THE SACRED OATH
By accessing this terminal or having your name in our ledger, you acknowledge that you are entering into a professional arrangement with the Syndicate. You agree to conduct yourself with the discretion required of this circle. These aren't just "terms and conditions"-
This is the code we live by.
II. THE TRIBUTE & THE LEDGER
Your dues are collected every 30 days via encrypted channels. Failure to settle your tribute results in an immediate freeze of all assets. We do not offer credit or grace periods. The Ledger must be balanced for the silk to flow. If your payment is bounced back, your seat at the table is vacated.
III. THE MANIFEST & THE ASSETS
All drops are final. We move only premium assets, and while the pattern or color remains classified until the crate is opened, the quality is non-negotiable. If an asset is compromised during the drop, you have 72 hours to signal The Fixer. Beyond that window, the asset is yours, and the case is closed.
IV. THE OMERTA PROTOCOL (PRIVACY)
We keep your identity off the street. We never sell the name in our books to outside outfits. You agree to keep the source of your silk to yourself. A leak in the family is a breach of the oath.
V. THE CONTRACT RELEASE
Any man may request to have his name struck from the books. After which, the Syndicate shall no longer be responsible for the curation of your wardrobe. Furthermore, your access to the Private Reserve, including all exclusive silks and patterns, shall be permanently revoked.
VI. JURISDICTION
Any disputes will be handled internally by the Family Council. We don't take our business to the public courts. Our word is final.
